Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. launched "The Real Food Show" on the Health and Human Services website Thursday, featuring celebrity chefs preparing meals and highlighting fermented foods, including sauerkraut and kimchi. RFK Jr. told USA Today he has converted Trump administration officials, including Vice President JD Vance, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick, and Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy to a sauerkraut diet, claiming they all lost weight. He described his cooking repertoire as "rudimentary," listing eggs, bacon, cheeseburgers, and hamburgers, while noting his wife Cheryl Hines is the superior cook. “I will literally eat anything because I don't have a gag reflex," Kennedy said, “I love experimenting with foods.
