Sen. Jon Ossoff (D-GA) pulled no punches in his debate with his pro-Trump opponent, Rep. Mike Collins — and hammered him again and again over his campaign ties to white supremacists and neo-Nazis, including his own son-in-law."It's not just that you've hired half the Third Reich to staff your congressional office and that you've promoted Neo-Nazi content online," said Ossoff. "It's that you're robbing your constituents to subsidize your donors."Collins was asked directly about the issue at one point, with a moderator saying, "Many feel you have not adequately addressed the fact your son-in-law is a white supremacist social media influencer and several members of your staff have been linked to racism and antisemitism. What have you said to your daughter and son-in-law about his posts?"Collins replied that "that's my family," but that he absolutely stands against bigotry in all forms, and "I fire people" who say things like that in his business. He then tried to attack Ossoff over supposed associations with Michigan Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed and leftist Twitch streamer Hasan Piker."Imagine running for Senate while neo-Nazi propaganda is disseminated to an audience of millions from your home. That's Mike Collins," shot back Ossoff. At another segment, Ossoff said that if the late congressman and civil rights leader John Lewis "were marching today, Mike Collins would be grabbing a billy club."
