President Donald Trump's aides have developed a secret language to communicate behind the president's back because of his "wholly unfiltered" rage, according to Trump's biographer. Michael Wolff, who has written four books about Trump, claimed during a new episode of "Inside Trump's Head," a podcast he co-hosts with Joanna Coles of The Daily Beast, that Trump's rage is mostly directed at female aides around him. Coles pointed to a moment when cameras caught Trump berating his devoted aide Natalie Harp while she smiled and just seemed to "take the abuse."“Everybody takes abuse,” Wolff said.He then exposed some of the coded language that Trump's aides use to communicate behind the president's back. “People around Trump would say, ‘How’s the weather?,’" Wolff said, saying that it was code for “What’s his mood?”“This is a man who is wholly unfiltered. There are no restraints here ... If he feels it, if he thinks it, he expresses it, and his powers of expression are ... blunt force,” Wolff added. “That’s it. You’re going to get it. It’s going to come at you.”Wolff noted that Trump has treated other female aides similarly to how he treats Harp. He pointed to Hope Hicks, one of his former communications directors, and Margot Martin, a former communications advisor. “And let’s remember, these women around him ... they are there ... in the most abject capacity ... There’s no pretense that they are there for any other reason but the succor of Donald Trump,” Wolff said. “They are there to be his comfort blanket.”
